Wide Bay Property Valuations is a family owned and operated
business. Established in 1991 by Alan Gees and his wife
Dianne, the business has grown to become one of the most
successful and respected businesses both in the industry
and the Wide Bay area. Their expertise in the area has
enabled them to gain major valuation contracts with several
large financial institutions.
The staff at Wide Bay Property Valuations have all grown
up in the region, which gives them an in-depth local knowledge
which is a core strength of the business.
The valuation team, all members of the Australian Property
Institute (API), are passionate about what they do and
display continuous professionalism and dedication.

Alan Gees
Alan has over 22 years experience as a Registered Valuer,
the last 14 as the principal of Wide Bay Property Valuations.
He has experience in all types of property valuation and
is a Specialist Retail Valuer. He was also chairman of
the local API Discussion Group for seven years.
Alan grew up in Maryborough and has a long family history
in the region. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the
local area and its history. Prior to establishing Wide
Bay Property Valuations, Alan had 22 years with a major
bank working throughout Queensland.
Dianne Gees
Dianne has been helping coordinate all business operations
since day one and has a complete understanding of the
valuation process. Her commitment and attention to detail
assures the highest standards are maintained in all aspects
of operation.
Eva Schmidt
Eva is the most recent member of the professional team
having been with the firm for three years and a Registered
Valuer for 12 months. She grew up on a local cane farm
and worked with a local engineering firm as a fitter and
turner before studying valuation.
Tracey Stephenson
Tracey takes care of all front-end operations with enthusiasm,
courtesy and professionalism. She is a local girl and
like all the Wide Bay Property Valuations staff, attended
school in Maryborough.
